Commercial Space with Pre Lease agreement

Hi .We have a Commercial Space having an approx 1,30,000.sq feet covered area in 3 floors.With each floor having pre Lease agreement.Below are the details floor wise .

1) Tenant -1 :- 30,000 sq feet with Rs@18 lakh pre Lease Agreement hvg 3 years of Lock in

2) Tenant 2 – 45,000 sq feet with Rs@ 27 lakh pre Lease Agreement with  5 years Lock in period.

3)  Tenant 3 -46,000 sq feet area with Rs@12.80 Lakh per lease agreement.And hvg Lock in of 3 years.
